Once the place is yours, we get you into it.
Once a qualifying private rental completes through us, we handle the arrival, the move-in and the first weeks to the scope agreed for that tenancy — so a student and their parents know who is responsible after they land.
01 Before you leave · Within the housing scope
- Arrival date and tenancy start date confirmed
- Move-in plan: who opens the door, when, what to bring
- Document checklist
- Utilities and internet arranged — Depending on the unit and the lease terms
- Handover coordinated with the landlord or their agent
02 Arriving in Singapore · To the agreed scope
- Arrival coordination / airport pickup (whole-unit and group tenancies)
- Getting you to the property (whole-unit and group tenancies)
- Keys collected and handover confirmed
- Finding your feet: MRT, supermarket, the nearest hawker centre
Pickup and same-day accompaniment apply to whole-unit and group tenancies; single-room cases are coordinated, with someone present at handover. What is included is written down before we start.
03 Moving in · Every case
- Property condition checked
- Photographed: rooms, furniture, existing damage
- Inventory checked off
- Known defects recorded item by item
- Key count confirmed
- Meter readings — Whole units, where the lease calls for it
Recording the state of the place on the day it is handed over is what gives the move-out conversation something to work from.
04 Your first days · Guidance and help
- Getting a SIM card — Guidance and company; the registration itself is yours to do at the telco
- Opening a bank account — Guidance and company; whether an account opens is the bank’s decision, not something we promise
- Transit card and the apps you will actually use
- Around the flat: groceries, food, clinic, the station
05 After you move in · Housing-related
- Housing problems followed up and coordinated — Housing only; coordination rather than turning up with tools
- Support dealing with the landlord and their agent
- 30-day parent follow-up
Arrival, the move-in inspection and the first weeks of settling in are not offered free or as a standalone package. They begin once a student has formally appointed Anjiapo’s estate agency to act for them as tenant, agreed the disclosed tenant commission, and completed a qualifying private rental through us — to the scope confirmed for that tenancy. Exactly which arrival and move-in support is included depends on the property type, the lease, the number of tenants and the agreed scope — confirmed in writing before anything starts. Student housing and school-arranged accommodation stay on the channel you already have.
